You can setup guardrails to ensure that your team members do not stay clocked in if they forget to clock out. Slack users can automate the clock-outs by going to the Home Tab of Slack App & click on Settings

In the settings section, click on Automate Checkouts, then select the Team or a member for whom you want to set up these guardrails. Once you click On, you will be able to see a drop down where you can set the number of hours after which the user should be automatically clocked out.

Click on Submit to save the the settings for the team or user selected.

💡 15 minutes before the clock-out is due, Remoty would ping the user to check if the user is still working or not. If the user doesn't respond within 15 minutes Remoty automatically marks that user as clocked out.
